  What I Experienced at Ocean Pho!
  
  The food wasn't bad but it was definitely a 3 Star dining experience and I'm being generous. I should of just walked out but I've eaten here before so I really didn't think much about the salty little greeting I received just thinking it might get better but the server only got worse until Tip time and you already know Lol!
  
  I ordered a Watermelon Smoothie $3 which was good, a order of Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls (2) $3.75 very tasty, and a Grilled Pork Banh Mi $5.49 nice presentation with good flavor so I have no complaints about the food.
  
  I did call the manager once I got home and he was very apologetic which is the reason for the 3 stars because it would have been a 2 star dining experience. But he explained they were short that day and this is before I looked at all the other reviews in the last 6 months to a year So we definitely have a Problem Houston!  So after speaking to the manager who was very apologetic and like I said the food is tasty things happen and I hope the server that served me that day understands your dining experience starts when you first Walk In!

  The worst service I have ever. The food is ok but it's such a small restaurant. I don't understand why a bowl of pho or so, would take so long and the dishes all come out at random times. I recently visited this place for the first time with my family. We all ordered our food and waited 30 mins for the first dish to come out. The first dish was a plain bowl of chicken pho. Usually when we have a group of hungry kids, we go to a pho place because it's usually quick and easy. All the adults got their food first and the kids were last, it was so sad for the parents because they felt guilty for eating before their kids. Anyways when the dishes came out, the server would yell out the number and held the plate in the air, so we could see. We don't remember the number of the dish, we ordered the dish by it's proper name, the server looked irritated that we didn't know the number and rudely said to the cashier " ugh they don't KNOW the number ." When the server came out again with another dish, all she said was "no onions, no onions" and we were all like, we'll what kind of pho is it because we ordered two different types. It seems like the server wasn't very knowledge in the dishes, she was super rude and sounded like she doesn't even want to work there.
  
  With that awful experience I will no longer come to this establishment. The older ladies next to us ordered a few banh mi's and told us that it was terrible. They only picked at it.
  
  I don't recommend for anyone to come here, esp if you're looking for a quick bite. Go somewhere else. Such a waste of space in this awesome plaza.
  
  Oh mans my cousin ordered the Thai tea and the half and half was spoiled!

  First time went to this place yesterday ,service was horrible ! Food came out ok .
  My hubby and I were craving pho so bad yesterday . We love eating pho ,been to so many pho place ,especially me who used to work at pho place for almost 3 years . We don't hate the food even tho it was just ok ,the noodles were soggy tho ,grilled pork spring rolls taste whatever but we still ate it (idk if they marinate the pork before grilled it or not but didn't have any flavor) . But that's not the point I wrote this .
  We went there with the stroller and the waiter told me that we can eat outside which is works better for us since we have stroller . We waited for like 5-10 minutes for nothing ! They SAW us sitting outside waiting for them to serve us with the menu but nope ! I went back to ask should we order and pay first or what and the same guy said "if you eat outside ,you have to order and pay first" with an attitude (dude ,you could tell us before or at least come outside to let us know) . I went outside with the menu and came back inside to order and pay and I have to bring utensils out myself which is fine but the worst part was they put all our order inside to go box and put it on our table with the tray ( I don't think they do that with customer who eat inside the restaurant ,they will serve them with regular bowl and plate ,give it to customer one by one of their order) . I'm sorry ,but we paid the same price as them and expected to get the same service as them who choose to eat inside the restaurant ,so don't treat us differently . I don't care even tho you are the owner of the restaurant ,customer is always number one and customer is always right . That's what I've been taught as a customer service and I've been working as a customer service for 5/6 years and I know how to treat my customer . So next time treat your customer nicely even when they choose to sit outside your restaurant . Thank you !

  Ocean Pho was just what I was craving.  The chow fun was tasty and super delicious.  The staff was quick and the food came out quickly.  The restaurant was clean very clean and inviting.  .  FIGHT ON Ocean Pho

  We stopped in about a half an hour before they were going to close.  Staff was pleasant and quick with ordering and bringing food out.
  
  Those who ordered Pho seemed to enjoy.  We ordered:
  
  Egg Rolls Fried (4 pcs) 4.5 stars
  Really no complaints, fried perfectly, served with lettuce and mint leaves and a light fish sauce and vinegar? Vietnamese dipping sauce.
  
  Spring Rolls Pork and Shrimp (2 pc)  2.5 stars
  Fresh, but did not like the flavor of the Pork
  
  Flour Crepe with veggies like cooked bean sprouts inside 3 stars
  greasy outer surface otherwise nice to eat the hot ingredients with the cool lettuce and mint, similar to eating egg rolls mentioned above, same dipping sauce.
  
  For a last minute stop while in the shopping center it was worth a trip in, tables were full when we visited.
  
  They were also very organized with checks as we were three different parties but they had no problems with orders and payments.
